How has the printer evolved over time?
Printing has a great impact on our day-to-day life.
Its widespread influence can be easily seen in the fact that they are one of
the vital tools for the offices and also for the institutions, and these places
cannot be imagined without having a printer inside. The dependence on copiers
is so much so that the daily tasks like documentation etc. are frequently done
on these machines and they have simplified the process of writing and copying.
But in the past, the innovations in this technology were not as marvelous as it
is now. The old machines were slow, used more energy, were ineffective and had
poor quality, and in case of the modern machines, it’s pretty much opposite the
case.
Some of the big and developed places in the world like The United Arab Emirates has seen groundbreaking changes and innovations in term of
the development in these machines and thus the practice of having Xerox Printers are quite common in the region. There are some of the
salient features of these machines, that has maintained its top-notch position
in the market, and some of these traits are discussed below:
1.
The new and
improved machines have the ability to give control to the consumer and they can
prioritize the prints, as per their need and comfort. For example, it has
allowed the user to stop the ongoing printing process and take the prints that
are more important so that the necessary task should be done as soon as
possible.
2.
These machines
give the freedom of choice of paper to the client, it means that the consumer
will have the liberty of selecting the type of paper that they want, and thus
can control the price of the prints indirectly, keeping the high-quality paper
only to be used when needed.
3.
Similarly, it has
the option of controlling the quality of image for printing purpose, so that
the consumer can take fine and high-quality expensive prints only when needed,
and get the other tasks done by the simple conventional prints, that aren’t too
pricy.
4.
The improved Xerox printers have the ability of
mobile connectivity. Which means that the consumer will not have to be there
physically to get the copies, but instead they can get the copies when they are
not in the office or on their way, but by few clicks on the screen.
